TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY

SWIMMING POOL REGULATIONS
The swimming pool hours are 9 am until sunset. Guests are strongly advised to use the pool at least 2 hours after their last meal. All children under the age of 18 should use the pool only when supervised by a parent/guardian. The Hotel bears no responsibility for incidents/accidents due to parental neglect/unsupervised children. 

POLICY FOR CHILDREN
Children under the age of 14 should be accompanied by parents/guardians at all times during their hotel stay. The hotel bears no responsibility for incidents/accidents due to parental neglect/unsupervised children. Parents/guardians are responsible for the use of sharp objects and electrical appliances in the room. The hotel will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by unauthorized use of appliances. 

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is forbidden in the rooms, corridors and all of the hotel’s enclosed areas. 

CCTV – SECURITY CAMERAS
The Hotel uses closed circuit television system (CCTV) and security cameras to be able to protect the security of individuals, materials and facilities. The information collected only for security purposes and safety reasons. Special markings indicate the spaces are monitored by CCTV system. All recorded CCTV footage will be kept for a maximum of 15 days (recording cycle).
